Pain

I have a friend,
He is not well.

Okay so I know this doesn't rhyme or anything but my friend is suffering depression. Something I learnt recently and it hurt so much to see him when he is so bad. I had never een I a situation like it but it made me realize how little I knew how to help. What do you do ? How can you help ?
